Submissions

Anything you submit stays in the Stacks – drafts and works-in-progress – until the group decides to bring it forward to the Reading Room.

How would you like this version to be marked? You can pick from the list or type your own. The date is added automatically.
Up to ~50 MB per file. Text, images, and short audio recordings work well.

Past Submissions

The Patron's Notice

A short understanding between everyone who enters this site. Members tick this through on first arrival.

What we agree, by entering

  1. Each contributor keeps copyright in everything they share here. Nothing on this site is owned by the group, the patron, or the platform.
  2. The site is private and confidential. Members agree not to share content from here outside the group, in any form, without the contributor's permission.
  3. This is not publication. Anything posted here is shared with a small private circle behind a passphrase. It is not made public, not indexed, and is not intended to count as prior publication for journals or competitions.
  4. Members may withdraw their work at any time and ask for it to be removed. The patron will action this within a reasonable timeframe.
  5. The group may, with permission, bring a piece forward from the Stacks to the Reading Room. Pieces never move into public view without the contributor saying yes.
Work in progress. The site is currently behind a single shared passphrase – there are no per-member log-ins yet. Anything placed in the Stacks, Reading Room, or Common Room is visible to every member who knows the passphrase. Drafts you save before submitting stay on your own device. Real per-member privacy, individual log-ins, and proper accounts are coming as the next layer.
